An EVIP is a student on the Enhanced Vocational Inclusion Programme .. or an Education VIP.
You can measure your reaction time by using the BBC's Sheep Dash Game. After you have had a practice write down (or type into a word processor) 10 scores and find your reaction time. Ignore any penalties.
